A Few Kind Words About Donna Aveyard is a short film all about a small family at an incredibly turbulent time. Donna Aveyard, a single mother in her mid-30s, passes away leaving Nora, her 14-year-old daughter, to move across the country with the help of a family friend, Alexandra. There, Nora reconnects with her 65-year-old grandmother, Maria, who now must re-discover her long-lost motherly instincts.
